How do I settle with MODIVO - What is compensation?

The settlement process on the MODIVO platform is based on the compensation principle. This means that commission and subscription fees are deducted directly from your balance.

Settlement periods

Each month is divided into two settlement periods, starting on the 1st and the 16th of each month. On these days, we generate transfers of the funds accumulated in your Next Payment Balance. If these days fall on a non-working day, transfers are generated on the next working day.

According to the compensation principle, commission and subscription fees are deducted from the funds paid out. This means that the amount we transfer to your account has already been reduced by subscription and commission fees. This ensures comprehensive transaction accounting. You don’t need to worry about transfers or settlements – everything is continuously accounted for in the system.
