Types of balances

On the main page of the Mirakl store panel, you can find information about accumulated funds. These are divided into several types of balances:

Current balance

Balance Pending refers to the funds for all orders that have been placed and paid but do not yet have the status Received. This means that they have not yet been picked up by the Buyers. These funds are not available for withdrawal, even if it is a settlement day. The status Received is assigned to orders for which 5 days have passed since the order was marked as shipped.

"Next payment" alance

Next payment Balance refers to the funds for orders that have been shipped and have changed their status to Received. The funds are waiting for payment on the next settlement day. You can also use the funds in this balance to settle customer returns.

"Last payment" balance

Latest payment Balance refers to the funds that have already been paid out to your bank account.
