When will I receive the VAT invoice?

You will receive the VAT invoice within a maximum of 5 days after the end of the MODIVO billing period. The system will automatically generate it and send it to the email address provided in the Company section of the user account settings. If such an address has not been provided, the invoice will be sent to the main email address of your Store Account.

Important

You do not need to pay this invoice. It is already paid. The amount on the invoice has already been deducted from the paid funds.

The invoicing process is closely linked to the payments to your account. Each month is divided into two billing periods, starting on the 1st and 16th of each month. If you have funds accumulated in the Next Payment balance, we will transfer them to your bank account. Within a maximum of 5 days after the transfer, we will generate the VAT invoice and send it to you.
