Why did I not receive the invoice?

If the invoice did not arrive at the email address provided on your account, go to the Mirakl panel, navigate to Settings - Shop, and then Billing and Invoices to ensure that the email address in the system is correct.

If your email address is correct:

  • Check if the message ended up in a different folder, such as the SPAM folder.

  • Add the email address from which you receive invoices to the so-called whitelist to avoid blocking issues.

If your email address is incorrect:

  • Change the email address for receiving invoices here. for instructions.

  • To receive a duplicate of the missing invoice, contact the MODIVO team at: [email protected].
