How to check if an order has been paid by the customer?

To check the payment status of orders, you must accept or reject them.

Customer payment processing in the Mirakl system can take up to 48 hours from the time the order is received.

If the order has been accepted for processing and has been correctly paid by the customer, the order status will change from Pending acceptance to Awaiting Shipment. In this case, you can safely begin processing the order.

If the order has been accepted for processing but has not yet been paid by the customer, the order status will change from Pending acceptance to Debit in progress. In this situation, hold off on processing the order. According to the guidelines, only prepaid orders are processed on the MODIVO Marketplace.

You will also see payment status information on the order card and in the order history.
