I received a return with the wrong product. What should I do?

If you receive a return package with a product that is not part of your offer, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • First, contact the MODIVO team at: [email protected]. Inform us about the return of a product that is not part of your offer. Also, provide all information that will help us verify the order.
    • We will determine the origin of the product and discuss the best course of action in this situation.
  2. Return the Product:

    • If we determine that the product should be returned to us, remember to do so at your own expense. For mistaken returns from Customers, we send them back to our Partners at our own cost, thereby speeding up the process.

Additional tips:

  • Do not contact the Customer directly. Contact with the Customer regarding mistaken returns always happens on MODIVO's side.
  • Do not return the product to us without confirmation from our side. If the product is not from a MODIVO order, we avoid unnecessary delays in the product's return.
