Return methods and costs
We want our Customers to have a similar experience regardless of the Seller they buy from on modivo.pl. Therefore, we strive for standardization of processes.
The Customer is always entitled to 30 days of free return (1 free return per order).
As a Seller, you are required to offer Customers at least one of the following return methods:
- InPost 24/7 Locker Returns - The Customer can use convenient InPost Locker points available around the clock.
- Return Label DHL, DPD, InPost - Include a return label with the package that allows the Customer to use the services of carriers like DHL, DPD, or InPost.
Remember, arranging contracts with the chosen carriers is your responsibility.
To update the return address details:
From the left-hand menu, select
Settings-Shop.Then scroll to the
Return Addressfield and complete the required details.
Important
Ensure that the Return Policy description for your store is up to date in the Mirakl system. It will be displayed in the details of each product you add to modivo.pl. Also, ensure that the return instructions for MODIVO Customers included with your shipments are the same as the instructions displayed in the product details. This will help reduce the number of Customer inquiries and streamline the return process – for you and your Buyers.
