OMNIBUS price display rules

Minimum prices (known as the Omnibus price) must be displayed on the MODIVO platform in specific cases, ensuring transparency for customers and providing information on the lowest prices from the past 30 days. Below are the conditions under which the minimum price should be shown or hidden.

Displaying the minimum price

The minimum price appears when:

• The product is on sale, and the minimum or regular price differs from the current sale price.
• In the cart or on the checkout page – When a customer enters a promo code that reduces the product's price, the minimum price is displayed along with information on the original regular price.
• The product is discounted – If the current sale price is lower than the lowest price from the past 30 days (i.e., the Omnibus price), the minimum price is displayed as a reference for the discount.

Hiding the minimum price

The minimum price is not displayed when:

• The regular price is equal to the minimum price, and the product is not on sale.
• Before selecting a product size in marketplace offers, where the "price from xx" information is displayed.

Promotional guidelines and price color coding

Discount percentages are calculated based on the lowest price in the last 30 days, meaning that the customer’s price benefit is directly derived from the difference between the minimum and regular price.

Color coding for prices:

Red Price – Displayed only when the discount from the price in the last 30 days is more than 5%.

Black Price – Displayed in other cases or when there is no active discount compared to the minimum price.

Price display for products with combined offers from multiple sellers

Before selecting a size (e.g., in product tiles or on the product page without a size selection):

• Price is displayed in black without showing the Omnibus price.
• No percentage discounts or marketing labels are shown.

After selecting a specific offer (size):

• On the product page, in the cart, or at checkout, minimum and regular prices are displayed in accordance with the rules for the specific market.
